Tannourine Cedar Forest Nature Reserve

A protected cedar forest in northern Lebanon, established in 1999, covering approximately 12 km² and containing one of the largest and densest stands of Cedrus libani in the country. The reserve features steep rocky slopes, grottos, rare high-altitude flora, and diverse wildlife including birds, hyenas, boars, squirrels, snakes and bats.
