We hold records for thousands of places, built from public map data, from Google, from business owners, and from our own editors. Every record carries a label saying where its facts came from and when they were last checked, and those labels are shown on the place itself rather than buried here.

The catalogue is incomplete by construction. A place missing from it is usually a place we have not got to yet, not a place that does not exist.

Opening hours, prices and whether somewhere is still trading are the things most likely to be out of date, and in Lebanon they change faster than any catalogue can follow. Phone ahead before a long drive. The app shows how recently each record was confirmed precisely so you can judge how much to trust it.

Where we do not know something we say we do not know, rather than guessing. A blank field means nobody has checked, and it should never be read as a zero, a no, or a closed.

A planned day is a suggestion. Travel times are estimates, weather is a forecast, and neither accounts for a road that is shut this morning.

You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. Tell us if you think somebody else has access to your account.

We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people. If that happens we will say why.

Corrections, photographs and reviews you submit may be published in the app and on the website, with attribution where you have chosen a display name.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to show it, translate it and include it in the catalogue. Do not submit anything that is not yours to give.

We check contributions before publishing and may decline one without publishing a reason. A declined contribution is not an accusation.

Most photographs come from Google, are shown under Google’s terms, and carry the photographer’s attribution wherever they appear. They are part of the guide and are not ours to license onward.

Photographs supplied by a business or an editor are shown with that source recorded.

A business can claim its listing and keep it correct. That is free and always will be: a correct listing is not something we sell.

Paid features exist and are about presentation and reach. None of them buys a better position in a search result or a better place in a planned day, and none of them changes what a record says about how it was verified.

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that every fact in it is correct or current, and we are not liable for a wasted journey, a closed door, or a price that has changed.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app rather than by quietly editing this page. The date at the top is the day the text last changed.
