The largest stone pine forest in the Middle East, spanning approximately 200 hectares and dominated by Pinus pinea trees famous for their edible pine nuts. The forest is a protected natural site and integral part of the Lebanon Mountain Trail, offering hiking opportunities at elevations between 800-1,000 meters above sea level.
