Historic rock‑cut salt pans on the rocky shoreline of Anfeh, Lebanon, used for traditional artisanal sea salt production dating back to Phoenician and Ottoman periods. They remain one of Lebanon’s last active traditional salinas and are part of a sustainable heritage and ecological tourism initiative.
